UNTAMED, Book Three in the Bourbon & Blood series, is coming—and we're building the ARC team early.
Weston Blackstone has always preferred horses to people, barns to ballrooms, and staying as far away from the Blackstone spotlight as possible.
Dr. Rowan Hayes has no problem stepping straight into his barn—and getting under his skin while she's there.
What starts as friction turns into something neither of them has any business wanting, while trouble surrounding Blackstone racing begins hitting closer to home.
Enemies. Forced proximity. Horse racing. Family secrets. Danger. And one Blackstone brother who has absolutely no intention of behaving.
UNTAMED is shaping up to be longer than the previous Bourbon & Blood novels, with a larger story unfolding alongside Weston and Rowan's romance.
That's why we're starting early.
We're not looking for the fastest readers.
We're looking for the right ones.
Bourbon & Blood is an interconnected series. Each couple gets their own romance, but the story happening around the Blackstone family continues from book to book.
For that reason, UNTAMED ARC readers are required to read all three previous books before beginning UNTAMED:
🥀 BEFORE THE LIES — The Prequel
🌹 BOUND — Book One
🖤 RUINED — Book Two
Already read them?
Perfect. You're caught up.
Haven't finished all three?
You can still apply.
We're opening ARC applications early so selected readers have plenty of time to catch up before UNTAMED is distributed.
And yes—BEFORE THE LIES matters.
Names matter. Dates matter. Bloodlines matter. The history of the Blackstones matters.
Some threads begin long before Weston and Rowan ever walk onto the page, and Bourbon & Blood is building toward something much larger than any one couple.
Pay attention, Rebels. You may already know more than you think.
Before applying, please make sure you can agree to the following:
🥀 Read the previous books first.
BEFORE THE LIES, BOUND, and RUINED must be read before you begin UNTAMED.
⏳ Make sure you have time to read.
UNTAMED will be longer than the previous books. Please only request an ARC if you realistically expect to have time to read it during the ARC period.
📚 Please don't collect ARCs.
There are limited copies available. Apply because you genuinely want to read UNTAMED—not because free books make your Kindle happy. We understand. Ours likes them too. 😂
⭐ Reviews are always honest.
You are never required or expected to leave a positive review. ARC copies are provided for review consideration, and your opinion of the book is entirely your own.
🖤 Follow-through matters.
We're building a dependable ARC team for future Lily R. Steele releases. Readers who consistently read their selected ARCs and support releases may receive priority consideration for future opportunities.
💬 Life happens. Just communicate.
Something came up? Couldn't finish? The book wasn't for you? That's okay. We'd much rather hear from you than wonder what happened.
🔒 Protect the ARC. Always.
Your ARC is for you only. It may not be shared, forwarded, copied, uploaded, sold, redistributed, or provided to another person in any form. ARC copies may contain identifying information or other protections against unauthorized distribution.
We welcome:
Longtime Lily R. Steele readers.
New readers willing to catch up on the series.
Amazon, Goodreads and BookBub reviewers.
Bookstagrammers and BookTokers.
Book bloggers and other bookish creators.
Regular romance readers who simply love talking about books.
A large social media following is not required.
We're much more interested in whether you actually read, engage with books you love, and follow through.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an ARC copy.
Applications will be reviewed, and a limited number of readers will be selected for the UNTAMED team.
If selected, you'll receive an email with instructions when your ARC is ready.
And if you aren't selected this time? Don't disappear.
This page will be home to future Lily R. Steele ARC opportunities, and we're building a reader team that will continue well beyond UNTAMED.
Weston Blackstone is waiting.
Applications for the UNTAMED ARC Team are now open.
Applying does not guarantee selection. Selected ARC readers will be contacted by email.
